Two origins, two altitudes, one sun. In Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, indigenous cultivars ripen slowly at 1900 meters in the cradle of coffee, giving the bean its purest floral notes. In Huila, Colombia, washed cherries dry on raised beds in dry air that preserves their aromatic delicacy. Two patient gestures, continents apart, coming together in the cup.
On the nose: jasmine. On the first sip: bright, awakening lemon. Then juicy, sun-drenched peach. And in the finish, a discreet vanilla – the memory of an egg yolk melting on the tongue.
